What happens

Step TWO

Consultation(s) & Probatory Sessions

In 2-5 consultations we get to know each other. You tell me your story, and together we clarify whether therapy makes sense and what approach fits you best.

What we'll do

Step THREE

Application & Insurance Approval

If we both agree therapy is the right path, I’ll submit the cost coverage application to your insurance. You don’t need to do anything – I handle everything.

Once insurance approves, we begin regular weekly sessions (typically 50 minutes each). Together we work on your goals—structured, practical, and at your pace.
